How to Make a Complaint to Leadercute Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Leadercute Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Leadercute Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Leadercute Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@leadercute.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
